Processing & Shipping Time

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, you must file a claim with USPS as they are responsible for shipping-related damages. We recommend taking clear photos of the packaging and damaged item and submitting them directly through the USPS claims process.
Defective Items & Replacements
